Helen Geneva Benedetti

Our Beloved Mother, Helen Benedetti, 81, was called home on August 9th, 2020 after a long illness. She was born to William and Corby Catron on September 13, 1938 in Kimball, West Virginia. In the 1950s, she relocated to Detroit, Michigan and in the 70s she relocated to Homestead, Florida where she retired as one of Homestead's most beloved Bartender/Managers.

She is survived by her 6 children; Michelle Davis-Weess (Jeffrey), Kathy Davis-Alcocer Brian), Victoria Davis-Guerra (Noe), Kimberly Benedetti-Martinez (Juan), Michael Benedetti (Mayra), Jane Benedetti-Nieto (Joe). She is preceded in death by her brother Edward Catron and survived by brothers Jack Catron and Robert Catron and sister Edith Lawson. She is also grandmother to 18 grand children and great grandmother to 12 great grandchildren.

She will be greatly missed.

A visitation for Helen will be held Monday, August 17, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Caballero Rivero Palms Woodlawn, 27100 OLD DIXIE HWY, NARANJA, FL 33032. A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, August 18, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 106 SSOUTHEAST 2ND ROAD, Homestead, FL 33030.
