Jose is survived by his wife, Patricia Hernandez Perez.

A visitation for Jose will be held Tuesday, February 23, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 11:59 PM at Caballero Rivero Palms Woodlawn, 27100 OLD DIXIE HWY, NARANJA, FL 33032.
