Pedro Gasca

Pedro Gasca was born to Maria Dolores Botello and Artemio Gasca on September 4, 1958 in El Moro, Yuriria, Guanajuato, Mexico. He was the third eldest of 11 children. Pedro married his lifetime partner, Angelina Gasca, on May 21, 1977.

In the year 1977 Pedro migrated to the United States with his wife to work and build a family together.

Pedro worked in the agriculture industry. In his prime, he managed hundreds of people and took care of anyone that needed any form of help from him.

Over the years, Pedro and his family migrated from place to place following the crop season but maintained their residence in the Homestead area. He and his wife, Angelina worked a small piece of land and also did seasonal work for other local farmers.

His pride was witnessing each one of his children graduate high school, go off to college and live their dreams.

In 2016, Pedro was diagnosed with cancer. For 5 years he fought hard and won many of the battles. However, on May 16, 2021 at exactly 3:39 am Pedro passed away.

Pedro will be eternally loved and missed by his family. He leaves behind his wife of 44 years, Angelina Gasca, 4 children, Rebecca, Rolando, Bernardo, and Raquel Gasca, 4 sons and daughters-in-law, Jose Refugio, Janie, Julie, and Juan, 8 grandchildren, Tamara, Daniel, Onaiza, Delayla, Isabelle, Leo, Rolando Jr., and Hailey. He is also survived by his father Artemio Gasca, 98 years old, 8 siblings, uncles, cousins, and many nieces and nephews.

Pedro Gasca nació de Maria Dolores Botello y Artemio Gasca el 4 de Septiembre de 1958 en El Moro, Yuriria, Guanajuato, México. Era el tercer mayor de 11 hijos. Pedro se casó con su pareja de toda una vida, Angelina Gasca, el 21 de Mayo de 1977.

En el año 1977 Pedro emigró a los Estados Unidos con su esposa para trabajar y formar una familia.

Pedro trabajó en la industria agrícola. En su mejor momento, dirigió a cientos de personas y se ocupó de cualquier persona que necesitara cualquir tipo de ayuda de él.

A lo largo de los años, Pedro y su familia migraron de un lugar a otro después de la temporada de cosecha, pero mantuvieron su residencia en el área de Homestead. Él y su esposa, Angelina, trabajaban un pequeño terreno y también realizaban trabajos de temporada para otros agricultores locales.

Su orgullo fue ver a cada uno de sus hijos graduarse de la escuela secundaria, ir a la universidad y vivir sus sueños.

En 2016, a Pedro le diagnosticaron cáncer. Durante 5 años luchó duro y ganó muchas de las batallas. Sin embargo, el 16 de Mayo de 2021 exactamente a las 3:39 am Pedro fallecio.

Pedro será amado y extrañado eternamente por su familia. Deja atrás a su esposa de 44 años, Angelina Gasca, 4 hijos, Rebecca, Rolando, Bernardo y Raquel Gasca, 2 yernos y 2 nueras, José Refugio, Janie, Julie y Juan, 8 nietos, Tamara, Daniel , Onaiza, Delayla, Isabelle, Leo, Rolando Jr. y Hailey. También le sobreviven su padre Artemio Gasca, de 98 años, 8 hermanos, tíos, primos y muchos sobrinos y sobrinas.

A visitation for Pedro will be held Sunday, May 23, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Caballero Rivero Palms Woodlawn, 27100 OLD DIXIE HWY, NARANJA, FL 33032. A funeral mass will occur Monday, May 24, 2021 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at SACRED HEART CATHOLIC CHURCH, 106 SOUTHEAST 1st DRIVE, HOMESTEAD, FL 33030. A burial will occur Monday, May 24, 2021 at 11AM, 27100 OLD DIXIE HWY, NARANJA, Florida 33032.
