Wiley Columbus Bass

It is with heavy hearts that we share that Wiley C “Buddy” Bass, 85 of Homestead, FL left this earthly life on May 20, 2024 after a long and fulfilling life.

Buddy is preceded in death by his parents; WC Bass and Annie Lucille Bass, his beloved wife: Norma Jo Bass, his three brothers: Jerry Bass of Homestead, FL; Oron L Bass Sr (Betty)of Pinson, AL and Bill Bass (Geraldine) of Homestead, Fl, his two sisters: Treva Bass Chaney of Homestead, FL and Joyce Bass Lee of Tallahassee, two nieces: Jill Bass Moore of Ft White, FL and Linda Schimpf of Pinson, AL, a nephew: William Wesley Bass of Homestead, FL.

Survivors include his first cousin Sarah Ann Bass Haynie of Trussville, AL. Nephews: Oron L Bass, Jr (Sandra) of High Springs, FL and Denis Bass (Gisella) of Lighthouse Point, FL. Nieces: Cindy Mazzara (Nick) of Tallahassee, FL; Treva Hagy of Tallahassee, FL; Gail Bass Nees of Homestead, FL; and Debra Fitzgerald (Chris) of Thomasville, GA. Plus many great nieces and nephews who loved him very much!

Funeral arrangements are at Palms Woodlawn Memorial Cemetery, Naranja, FL on Tuesday, May 28, 2024

Visitation 11a-1pm, Celebration of life 1pm-2:30pm.
