

Arthur J. Leblanc Jr. 75, died January 25, 2012 at the Birches in Concord, NH after a lengthy illness. He was born in Gardner, MA the son of Arthur and Alexandria Leblanc Sr. He grew up in the Gardner area and was a graduate of Gardner High School.
Following his graduation, he enlisted in the US Air Force and was stationed at Dry Hill, New York. He served from 1954 to 1958 as an Airman First Class. It was during his service that he met his wife Shirley Young and they were married in 1958. Following his discharge he lived in Danvers, MA and relocated to Nashua in 1963. He was employed by the FAA as an air traffic controller.
Arthur loved to cook for his many family gatherings. He also enjoyed country music and was an avid sports fan. He was known for his wonderful sense of humor.
He was predeceased by his wife Shirley Leblanc in September 1992.
Members of his family include his daughters Linda Athy and her husband Andrew of New Lenox, IL, Donna Degradi and her partner Kent Chismudy of Cedar Lake, IN and Debbie Faulconer and her husband Herb of Nashua, his three grandchildren Raymond Paton and his wife Jemimah of Plainfield, IL and Ryan and Kyle Faulconer of Nashua, two great-grandchildren Shaunna and Devin Paton of Plainfield, IL, two brothers Roger Leblanc and his wife Barbara of Hubbardston, MA and Thomas Leblanc of Easthampton, MA as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
An hour of visitation was held on Friday January 27, 2012 from 10 to 11AM at the St. Laurent Funeral Home 16 Elm St. Nashua, NH followed by a memorial service in the funeral home. Interment followed in St. Louis de Gonzague Cemetery in Nashua.
