

Carol Louise Jodlowski passed on December 29, 2025. Carol was born in Waltham, Massachusetts, on November 23, 1936 to John and Clarice (Campbell) Reiss. On April 26, 1962, in Lowell, Massachusetts, she married Edmund Jodlowski, a World War II Veteran in the Marine Corps. Semper Fi. They settled in Franklin, New Hampshire. Edmund and Carol worked until retirement at Electro Circuits in Franklin. Carol had the responsibility of training and supervising personnel producing printed circuit boards.
Carol had many talents and interests. She was an avid fisherwoman and enjoyed spending her free time at her camp, Big Foot, located in Pittsburg, New Hampshire. Carol and Edmund built Big Foot together and loved hunting, fishing and entertaining family and friends there. She was an accomplished pianist with an inspirational singing voice. She possessed many homemaking skills such as sewing and crocheting. She had excellent engineering ability and was also a crackerjack mechanic. Carol and Edmund retired to Titusville, Florida and were active members of the Temple Baptist Church. Among the many organizations that Carol was affiliated with were the Red Hat Society and the Prime Timers which is a non-denominational Christian organization for senior citizens. Carol loved animals and rescued many dogs and cats.
Carol was predeceased by her parents, her husband, her son Robert Maguire and brothers John, Robert, Paul, and Steven Reiss. Carol is survived by her son, Arthur Maguire (Elly Phillips), brother James Reiss (Joanne), sisters, Lorraine Campbell and Constance (Edward) Stone, Grandchildren Amanda, Arthur and Matthew Maguire, Great Grandchild, Connor Harvey many nieces and nephews and her beloved dog, Rocky.
Carol spent her final years living with her sister, Constance, in Titusville, Florida and Smithville Flats, New York. She returned to New Hampshire to reside with her son, Arthur in Wilmot NH and spent her last months at the Applewood Center in Winchester, New Hampshire where she made many friends among the staff and her fellow residents.
A private memorial service will be conducted in Titusville, Florida , where Carol will be interred with her beloved husband Edmund at the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, Minns, Florida. Donations in her memory can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or any charity of your choice.
