She was predeceased by her parents, brother Freeman Brown, the love of her life and husband of over 35 years, Benjamin Knowles, and a life partner, Robert Harlow.
Claire leaves behind 5 brothers and 1 sister; Walter and Sandra of Haverhill, MA; Ralph Brown Jr. of Seabrook, NH; Merle and Jean Brown of Amesbury, MA; Wayne Brown of Durham, NH; and Billy and Brenda Brown of South Carolina.
She also leaves behind her two cherished daughters, Julie Goudreau of Milton, NH and Jen and Chris Hill of N. Stratford, NH, 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Claire was free-spirited and lived life to the fullest with a big heart for those she loved. She especially loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were her whole world.
She was an avid Bingo player and even won big a few times and she loved to crochet blankets.
Claire was a kind soul and will be missed by many.
