Edward Francis Tofuri

Mr. Tofuri grew up in Massachusetts and had worked for Polaroid in Stoneham and later for BJ’s Wholesale in Nashua. He was very straightforward but was also one of the friendliest guys around and he wore his heart on his sleeve. Mr. Tofuri loved sports, his walks and bike rides with his granddaughter and loved being a full time Papa.

He is survived by his wife; Ruth Tofuri of Nashua, two sons; Walter Farmington and Kevin Farrington, both of Nashua, two daughters; Dena Hall and her husband Lloyd of Nashua and Mary Shepard and her husband Charles of Nashua, four grandsons and four granddaughters including “Papa’s girl” Ashley and Justin Farrington, 13 great-grandchildren, many good friends and his best friend; James Smith. He was predeceased by his sister.

Visiting hours will be held Thursday, November 21, 2013 at the St. Laurent Funeral Home, 116 Elm St., Nashua from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. The burial will be held on Friday in Pinewood Cemetery, Nashua.
