Ernie was a great guy, a real gentleman, and extremely hard worker. Honest and genuine, he always made a moment to chat pleasantly with me when I’d bump into him, even during his always-busy day. We will all miss him very much. “Until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of this hand.”

Ernie, I can't tell you how sorry I am since I heard of your untimely passing. I also can't tell you how important you were to me professionally and personally.
Professionally, I had great respect for you as a business man, as a boss and as a technician.
Personally, since the 13 years we worked together, I have come to know you as a smart, good hearted man with a brilliant dry sense of humor.
We are a small, tight knit company. I considered you not only my boss but a good friend.
Things will never be the same without you but your presence will always be felt. We will always miss you.

Ernie, we hardly new ye! Taken from us too soon, you will be missed. I haven't known you for too long but have benefitted much from your positive attitude and great sense of humor. You very generously helped me and my family out in times of need. Please know we are greatly appreciative. I always enjoyed our conversations about your drone collection and will miss learning of it's expansion. Please look down on all of us from your new perch on the big drone in the sky.

To my man Ernie. Ernie you hired me for a job almost 16 years ago. For many that 's all it would be a boss/employee relationship. For us, well me anyway it has grown into so much more. Your generosity, your smile, your laugh, your guidance, your knowledge on both technical and trivia things, and yes your stubbornness!!! All qualities I have come to love about you and will be missed dearly!! Gone to soon for sure but you will live on in many. May God hold you in the palm of his hand and may you, my friend, rest in peace.

May you rest in peace our dear friend Ernie. There was rarely a time when you wouldn't have a witty response or make light of any situation. You made us all laugh and feel comfortable amongst ourselves as workers and co-workers throughout all of the years here in the USA. We will always remember you, reminisce and laugh for you on the jobsite.
