Jim was married to the love of his life, Carolyn, for 44 years. Together they built a family rooted in love and laughter. He was the proud father of four children: Sherry, Kristi, Elizabeth, and James. He was also a cherished Papa of six grandchildren and one great-grandson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gertrude and Charles Paul, as well as his siblings Donald, Garry, and Bonnie. He leaves behind siblings Charles, Ronald, Linda, and Betty, along with a large extended family who will carry his memory forward.
Jim will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and sense of humor. He had a way of making everyone feel welcome, and his laughter could light up any room. He would not want his memory to be marked with sadness, but by showing love to others. Please take a moment to do something kind for a stranger in his name.
