Keith R. Taschereau
December 16, 1965 – April 9, 2013
Keith R. Taschereau, 47, of Merrimack, NH passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at his home. He was born December 16, 1965 in Nashua, NH, a son of the late Romeo J. Taschereau and Dorothy A. (Vaillancourt) Donahue.
Keith graduated from the Mt. Hope School in Nashua which provided him his strong foundation, his independence and allowed “Keith to be Keith.” He was fluent in sign language and enjoyed using his I pad. Keith was extremely loving and compassionate, was very social, loved Star Wars movies, animals and he most specially loved his aunts and uncles. Keith also loved to dance, even sharing the special moment of the first dance at his sister’s wedding.
Keith worked at Networks for the last 12 years. From work, to outings, camping and the Special Olympics, he was always comfortable and at his best with his peers. He was a member of the Merrimack Friars and he enjoyed his weekend trips to Wal-Mart with his brother where he could drive the electric shopping carts, being the Wal-Mart Daredevil. To his family and all those who knew him, Keith was an inspiration.
He is survived by four siblings; Lynn Pyrcz and her fiancé Donald Eisenhaur of Merrimack, Kevin Taschereau and his partner Dan Perry of Lowell, MA, Kirk Taschereau and his partner Vic Ouellette of Raymond, NH and Kathleen Ota and her husband Robert of Manchester, NH. His loving niece Kaylee Pyrcz ("Sweetheart") of Merrimack and his nephew Christopher Mayo of Manchester whom he loved dearly. He is also survived by his care providers and friends; Aggie and Alex Vlahos of Merrimack and by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Dear Keith,I will miss sitting across from you at the dinner table every night and listening to you tell me to "eat!" I will miss hearing you call my name and coming over to me and trying to help me hurry and eat my dinner. Although we were roomates for a short 4 years, I will miss your presence in the house. Till we meet again my friend.

All I can think of is the smile on your face, and the smiles from others at Kat's wedding while we were all dancing to the twist. I know you are now a smiling, twisting angel- spreading joy in the hereafter...

Dear Keith,
The time I have known you has been way to short. But like the strength of the sun, you have brought great joy and love to so many people. In ways that most of us can only dream of. Your innocent smile was a thing of beauty. Your quietness was your wisdom, And your presence was your Love. So the tears that we now shed are for words that are not yet said. So until we meet again you will be loved and remembered for ever
Love Don

I have no words to express the loss I feel when losing one of my little brothers, my friend and my hero. I miss you dearly and most of all hearing you call me "bad nurse", or, "lieutenant". You were my inspiration, my hope and my best friend. I love you with every piece of my soul.

It is said the stars in the night sky are our loved ones shining down on us... There is one more brilliant star in the sky for us to dream on....
I will miss singing in the car at the top of our lungs on the way to get ice cream... Dance on brother, dance on... Love you big as the sky - Kat

I will sure miss you on weekends when you used to say with us. The house will not be the same without the sounds of cartoons and Star Wars coming from your room and watching you enjoy these shows while listening to your headphones. You were such a sweet little man and above all I will miss your hugs. Sending you a big farewell hug now until we meet again good friend.
