Kristen Shona Tate-Blanchet passed away peacefully on Dec 12, 2018 after a brief illness. She was born on September 26, 1972 in Nashua, NH to Roger Tate and Kathleen Converse (Tate). Kristen is survived by her loving husband James Blanchet, parents Roger Tate and Kathleen Converse, stepfather Harry Converse, Sister Amanda Tate, Stepsisters Kelli Bator, Kerry Chevalier, Lori Provencher and Tracy Thompson and by her Aunt Karin Clements and Uncle Kevin Couronis, as well as countless other family and friends. Kristen graduated from the Presentation of Mary Academy and Rivier College with a BA in Paralegal Studies. She was employed at Sprague Electric for 5 years, Hill Associates for 15 years, PCG for 3 years, and Elliot Health System. Kristen was an avid New England Patriots fan; she had a special affinity for all animals, especially her two dogs, Cody and Miller. Kristen enjoyed painting and spending time at the Beach, she also had an interest in several cooking shows and thoroughly enjoyed Scooby Doo throughout her life. A memorial Service will be held on Friday December 21st from 4-6PM at Zis Sweeney & St. Laurent Funeral Home 26 Kinsley St, Nashua NH 03060. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to United Network for Organ Sharing, 700 N. 4th street Richmond, VA 23219
