Michael P. Woodworth

Michael P. Woodworth, 47, of Wilton, NH passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at Lahey Clinic in Burlington, MA. He was born in Harve de Grace, MD on February 8, 1965, son of Carolyn (Corcoran) Valley and the late Philip R. Woodworth.

Michael has been a Wilton resident for over twenty years, previously residing in Hollis, NH. He was educated in the Hollis School System, graduating from Hollis High School, Class of 1983. Michael then went on to attend Plymouth State College, earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He worked for many years as an accountant for Valley Welding & Fabricating Inc. in Hollis, NH. Michael loved racing cars and would travel to races in the local area as part of the racing team. He especially adored his nieces and nephews.

He is survived by his mother and step father, Carolyn and Loren Valley of Hollis; a brother, Butch Valley, Jr. and his wife Saira of Hollis; a sister, Sharon Drummond and her husband John of New Ringgold, PA; a niece, Eliza Valley; three nephews, Butchie Valley III, Aedan Drummond and Declan Drummond; as well as many close friends in the racing family.
