Nancy was the cherished daughter of Joseph McNeil and Dora McNeil Pinn. She grew up in a bustling household alongside her siblings and carried the values instilled in her youth throughout her life. Though known for her strong will and strict demeanor, those who knew Nancy best understood the deep well of love and care that guided her every action.
She was a devoted mother to Victoria Doherty, William Doherty, and John Doherty. Her role as “Grandma” extended far beyond a nickname—it became a title of honor that reflected the central place she held in the lives of her grandchildren: Neil P. McNulty, Owen P. McNulty, Tate Doherty, Tessa Doherty, Willie Doherty, and Johnny R. Jr. Doherty. Her legacy continued through her great-grandchildren: Mac Neil McNulty, Aleah Renee Doherty, and Malachi Gage Doherty.
Nancy’s family circle was wide and deeply rooted. She is remembered with love by her sister Sandra Cormier and brother Keith McNeil. She also held close the memories of those who passed before her: her father Joseph McNeil; mother Dora McNeil Pinn; brothers Kevin McNeil, Garrett McNeil, and Joseph Jr. McNeil; sister Patricia Heuter; and great-granddaughter April Mae McNulty.
Nancy’s presence will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her. May her memory bring comfort to those she loved so fiercely.
