

Frankie C. Neal, 76, Morgantown, passed away November 28 at Brown County Health & Living Community. He was born September 2, 1935 in Bluefield, W.VA. the son of Joseph Watson Neal & Jenny (Perdue) Neal.
Frankie was retired from CSX Railroad as a dispatcher, he formerly worked for the B&O, C&O, & Chessie railroads. He was a six year veteran of the U.S. Army serving two years in Germany. Frankie loved horseback riding, fishing, family get-togethers with plenty of gospel singing & guitar playing, & daily devotions. He was a member of Martinsville Church of God & had made a mission trip to Guatemala.
Funeral services will be held at Bond-Mitchell Funeral Home Thursday, December 1 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor James Renn officiating. Interment will follow at Nebo Mausoleum. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 30 from 4:00-8:00P.M.
Survivors include his wife, Donna Jean Neal, Morgantown, children, Teresa (Ron) Lowhorn, Morgantown, Beverly (Don) Neal, Unionville, Cynthia (Tom) McKinney, Martinsville, John (Lisa) Neal, Bloomfield, Daniel Neal, Morgantown, David Neal, Morgantown, sisters, Frances, Richmond, VA., Pauline, Princeton, W.VA., ten grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren & one great great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Angel Love Neal, & nine siblings, Clara, Katherine, Fannie, Cleo, Evelyn, William, Joseph, Hubert, & Gus
