Geraldine A. (Johnson) Magness, 94, of Greenwood passed away May 11, 2015 in Greenwood, IN. She was born in Princeton, West Virginia January 22, 1921 the daughter of James Owen Johnson and Anna Belle (Sparks) Johnson Deer.
Geraldine and her late husband were retired owners of Magness Saw Company. She also served as the bookkeeper.
Survivors include her sister in law, Betty Johnson, nephews, Mike, Gary, Kevin and David Johnson, nieces, Denise Vance and Kathy Sauceda. She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel E. Magness on December 4, 1996, brothers, Doug and Bob Johnson, and a sister, Evelyn Johnson.
A Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, May 13 at 2:00 P.M. in Greenlawn Cemetery, Nashville.
