Survivors include his loving wife of 44 years, Rhonda Games; children, Jama Games, Rebecca Salinas, and Rose Games; 13 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
James was known for his delightful sense of humor and being easy to talk to. James was passionate about advocating for the deaf community and was a counselor at several educational institutions, assisting with students who are deaf. He was dedicated to his passion with his love of teaching ASL, American Sign Language, and deaf culture history. He participated in his varied activities for National and State nonprofit organizations for the deaf. James also enjoyed woodworking and working on classic cars. He loved old Western and Roman style movies and dogs.
