Janet Ethel Tate, 94, of Nashville, IN passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2013. She was born October 25, 1918 in Dante, Virginia the daughter of the late Fred Musick and Myrtle Edmonds. Janet is survived by her four children, Vicki, Jennifer, Michael, and Stephen. The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
