Joshua Daniel Wertz, 33, passed away October 23, 2014. He was the son of Scott (Mary) Wertz and Christina Lyons. He was a 2000 graduate of Bloomington South High School and attended college in North Carolina. Josh had an avid interest in the Asian culture, including martial arts. He enjoyed playing the drums and was a member of the drum corps in high school. He enjoyed music and being a DJ.
Survivors include, his wife, Mary and son Tyler, his brother, Zeno and sister, Elly, grandfather, John(Jeanne Anne) Wertz, uncle, Tim (Nancy) Wertz, aunts, Vicki (Bill) Kennedy, and Kristi (Bill) McAfee, and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Maxine Wertz and grandfather, Ed Lyons.
The family has planned a private service.
