Maribeth Lee Serrano

Maribeth Lee Proctor Serrano, 63, of Brown County passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2023 in her home. She was born November 15, 1960 in Hammond, Indiana to Richard Phillip Proctor and Marjorie Lee Kerrick Proctor. She was retired from U.S. Healthworks and was currently working at Hard Truth Distillery. Survivors include two daughters, Shannon (Christopher) Murphy of La Canada, CA and Tiffany (Jorge) Gonzalez of Mira Loma, CA; a son, Matthew Serrano of Brown County; three grandchildren, Adrianna Proctor, Marjorie Lomeli and Morticia Gonzalez; two brothers, George (Colleen) Proctor and Robert Proctor; her two dogs, Onyx and Ruby; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents. Maribeth enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, painting, playing darts and the Tuesday night game nights and dinner with the neighbors. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Bond-Mitchell Funeral Home.
