Penny Joyce Najdek Wentworth

Penny Joyce (Najdek) Wentworth, 65, of Brown County passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at her residence. She was born April 30, 1951 in Mishawaka, Indiana the daughter of the late Alex S. Snyder and Sarieta Joyce Peterson. Penny was a longtime employee of Morgan County Hospital and most recently was an avid farmer. She was a member of Manna Mission Church, Martinsville. She enjoyed playing bingo at Fruitdale Fire Department, loved camping, fishing, and spending time with her family on the farm.

Penny is survived by her children, Amber Wentworth, Nashville, Melissa Wentworth, Nashville, Kirk Wells and his companion Erica Bunton, Martinsville, and Charles Wells, Morgantown, five grandchildren, Britney, Whitney, Charlee, William and Chloe, one greatgrandchild, Lali, brothers, Rocky Snyder, Buddy Najdek, Ernie Petzki, and Kelvin Petzki, her sister, Jeanine Petzki, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, two children, Mindy Wells and Eric Wells, and sister Patsy Barnes.

A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, June 12 at 2:00 P.M. at her residence with Pastor Tom Tackett officiating.
