

Mrs. Woodmansee attended McDowell Adult Education Center in Indianapolis,
earned her GED in Columbus, and retired from Cosco Manufacturing in Columbus, IN.
Sharon loved the outdoors, including camping, fishing, boating and participating
in frontier period reenactments. She and her husband attended several events in
Friendship, IN.
Born September 26, 1952, in Indianapolis, she was a daughter of Frank and
Sylvia (Cassetty) Farmer.
Survivors include her husband, James Woodmansee, Nashville; her son John
Kunkel (Mary), Chicago; her sister Brenda Alesia (Mark), Terre Haute.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters Jeanette Walker and
Constance Farmer; her brother Frank Farmer, Jr.; and grandson Jared McRoberts.
A Celebration of Life will be held at St. David’s Episcopal Church in Bean
Blossom, IN on Saturday, April 29 from 1:00 to 3:00, with a service at 2:00 officiated by
interim pastor Kate Wilson.
