Virginia L. Curtis

Mrs. Curtis was born on August 31, 1922 in Jeffersonville, IN to the late Earl and Madge Hickman. She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth M. Curtis as well as her only son, Barry L. Curtis.

Survivors include daughter; Karen S. Brewer of Nashville, IN, grandson; John Brewer Jr., his wife Laura and their two sons; Joshua(15) and Benjamin(10) of Indianapolis, IN.

Virginia was a member of the North Salem Methodist Church and was a volunteer at her church and her local library. More importantly, she was a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother a grandmother , a great grandmother and a sweet gentle soul.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the donor’s choice of charities.

A memorial service for Mrs. Curtis will be held at 12 noon on November 9, 2013 in North Salem Methodist Church, 7718 St. Rd. 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448. Arrangements are being handled by Bond Mitchell Funeral Home.
