Wil was my boss, mentor, and friend for over six years. Words cannot express how deeply sadened I am by his passing. He was a truly brilliant engineer, and a revolutionary in the industry. His kindness and compassion was obvious to anyone who knew him. He was a role model for me and many others.

My heart goes out to his family in this tragic time. He will be sincerely missed.
