

Warren was born on May 3, 1961, in Nashville, TN, to loving and dedicated parents, Jere and Al Phillips. Until his passing, he took the love he was given and shared it with each and every person he met throughout his life.
Warren is survived by his parents, his brother Keith Phillips (Nancy), niece Libby Phillips (Tyler Peterson), nephew, Andrew Phillips (Carre), along with 3 great nephews and a great niece.
A graduate of Battle Ground Academy, Warren attended MTSU, graduating with a degree in Business and Insurance. He went on to become the Safety Director for Alman Construction Company, and then Construction Engineer for Bituminous Insurance Co. Later Warren served as an Executive VP for Al Phillips Insurance Agency, and most recently served as a Surety Bond Specialist for Brown and Brown Insurance Co.
An especially enjoyable span of life for Warren were the 29 years he served as the official scorekeeper for Vanderbilt University Basketball, which allowed him the honor of also scoring 3
NCAA Tournaments, 6 SEC Tournaments, and 3 OVC Finals.
A member of Calvary United Methodist Church, Warren had once served as president of the West End Sertoma Club along with being Commissioner of the West End Basketball League.

Visitation with the family on Tuesday, September 1 from 10:00-11:00AM at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home, followed by graveside service at 11:15AM. (Grave located behind the Pepsi Plant)
