HULME, Adelaide Whitfield – Born July 4, 1918 and went to heaven August 18, 2011 – She was 93. Preceded in death by husband George C. Hulme, Parents; Copeland George and Ella Mae Carden Whitfield, Sisters; Susie Butler, Alberta Ingram, Nancy Allred; Brothers; John Whitfield, William Copeland Whitfield. Survived by daughter; Carolyn Hulme Warden (Richard), Grandsons; Richard Allen Warden, Jr., Stephen Whitfield Warden (Deb), and five Great Grand Children. Retired after 36 years with the Federal Government, she was a member of Belle Meade United Methodist Church. A member of the National Society of Colonial Dames, past member of APTA association, Hermitage Association, and Giles County Historical Association. Loved by her family – she was the perfect Mother, Grandmother and friend. Visitation on Saturday August 20 from 10:00 – 11:00 am at the Belle Meade United Methodist Church, 121 Davidson Rd. Nashville, Tennessee 37205, with the funeral service starting at 11:00 am. Burial will be Saturday, 2:00 at the Maplewood Cemetery in Pulaski, TN.
