Dearest Pam and Grace
What wonderful and fun memories I have of Big Al! How loving and supportive he was during all those years of Richland Swimming. I don't think I ever saw Al without a smile on his face. He always made me feel "happy" because he was. I loved sharing that "after the meet" glass of wine with him too!! I know he was the best backup ever when you were the team rep for RCC and then took on the giant task of running the City Meet. He was always there for Grace to support her in each and every race and this continued into her grown up years. RCC was a wonderful place to just be together as families during those times.
I know that Hannah Grace and Margaret Ann will especially miss his big hugs. As I have learned, there is a "hole" in our lives when someone so special goes to live with Jesus. God will hold all of you in the palm of His mighty hands. Love and treasure all the fantastic times all of you shared together. I know you will.
Lots of Hugs - Shannon
