Albert Louis Schrader, Jr.

Nashville, TN

Age 90, of Nashville, passed away Thursday, June 8, 2017.

Born on January 2, 1927, he was the son of the late Albert L. and Odessa Schrader. He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Helen Terwilliger and Elizabeth Fisher.

Mr. Schrader is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Lois Evelyn Schrader; daughters, Lisa (Ty) Hasty, Lorna Sanders; and one brother, Harold Schrader. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Rachel (Daren) Phillips, Lauren (Andrew) King, Grant Sanders, and Gracen Sanders; and great-grandchildren, McHaney, Alba, and Evelyn.

Mr. Schrader was a member of Harpeth Heights Baptist Church. He worked at Baird Ward Printing Company for almost 50 years. He was a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather. We will miss his quick wit, tight hugs, and gentle voice.

Visitation will be from two to four o'clock in the afternoon on Sunday, June 11th and from eleven-thirty to one o'clock on Monday, June 12th at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home with funeral to follow with Pastor Bob Vassar officiating. Pallbearers will be Grant Sanders, Ty Hasty, David Schrader, Bill Petterson, Wilson Herndon, Daren Phillips, and Andrew King. Honorary Pallbearers will be Morris Dennis, Harold Schrader, Jim Brown, Herman Green, and Charlie Strong. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
