I had the pleasure of working with Doc Aldridge for many years while on the Nashville Fire Department. He was a pleasure to work with and had the respect of every firefighter. His position in the Fire Marshalls office was unmatched by his expertise and passion for keeping our city fire safe. I also am a member of the church of CHRIST & I think his membership was still at Donelson church of CHRIST. I am sad and I wish for his family the comfort only GOD can give. I am not certain but I think we came on the department together in April 1964. GOD BLESS
