She is survived by her children Bill (Linda) Middleton, Renee (Richard) Vogel and Keith (Diane) Middleton; grandchildren Jeremy Vogel, Abby (Matt) Smathers and Lake Middleton; greatgrandchildren Bentley and Collin Smathers and Teagan Vogel; siblings Bob (June Kay) Maxwell and Evelyn Writesman, also survived by many nieces and nephews. Ms. Middleton is preceded in death by her parents Lake and Mattie Maxwell, two brothers and two sisters.
Visitation will be held on Saturday January 5th 2019 from Noon until two o’clock in the afternoon at Woodlawn Roesch Patton Funeral Home. Graveside immediately following at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
