Anne Bardill McIntire

Anne Bardill McIntire, 64, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on July 23, 2026, in Nashville. She was born on July 31, 1961, in Nashville to William Howard Bardill Sr. and Catherine Dolores Winter Bardill.

Anne was the beloved wife of Gary McIntire, with whom she shared 42 wonderful years of marriage. Together they built a loving family that was the center of Anne's life.

She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Gary McIntire; her children, Monica (Matt) Dodson, Amanda (Michael) McIntire, Gregory McIntire, and Virginia (David) McIntire; and her cherished grandchildren, Victoria, Victor, Veronica, Ariella, Caroline, and Zoey. She is also survived by her siblings, Kathy (Jim) Vaughan, Mary Bardill, Pat (Christie) Bardill, Theresa (Tony) Adkins, Joe (Lee) Bardill, Maureen Bardill, and Dan Bardill, as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.

Anne was preceded in death by her parents, William 'Bo' Bardill Sr. and Catherine Dolores Winter Bardill; her brother, William 'Bill' Bardill Jr.; and her sisters, Karen Bardill and Angela Bardill.

For 26 years, Anne was a dedicated employee of Walmart, where she formed many lasting friendships through her hard work and kindness.

More than anything, Anne loved her family. She found her greatest joy in spending time with her children and especially her grandchildren, who brought endless happiness to her life. She will be remembered for her loving heart, unwavering devotion to those she loved, and the countless memories she created with family and friends. Her warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 31, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Marshall-Donnelly-Combs Funeral Home, 201 25th Ave. N, Nashville, TN 37203.

Anne's legacy of love, compassion, and dedication to her family will live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.
