PETTY, Annie Mae Burlison Age 86 of Shelbyville, died at her residence, December 15, 2010. Preceded in death by husbands, Samuel Byron Burlison and Glenn A. Petty; sisters, Millie Rose Grunow and Wanda Jewell Durham; parents, William H. and Georgiana Hust. Survived by daughters, Deloris (David) Frye, Reva (Don) Harrison and Carol Burke; sons, Elvis (Monique) Burlison, Melvin (Shirley) Burlison, Kenneth (Esther) Bulison and Harold Burlison; step-children, Dan (Kay) Petty and Connie (John) Early; brother, William Norman Hust; 18 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren. Mrs. Burlison-Petty was retired as the owner of BH Tax Services. She was an accountant for 32 years and a member of NATP for 30 years. She attended First Free Methodist Church in Smyrna and Murfreesboro. A Celebration of her life will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, December 18, 2010 at Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers will be grandsons.
