Arlie "Sissy" Huggins, age 96, passed away on September 19, 2014. She served as Secretary for the National Guard Armory for 45 years. She is survived by her loving family members; Bill, Mike, Theresa, Betty, Suzy, David and Bettie, Michelle, Alyssa, Collin, and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 from noon to two o'clock in the afternoon, with funeral service to follow.
