Betty Faye Burks, 77, passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2010 in Bentonville, Arkansas. Preceded in death by her husband James Richard Burks; she is survived by daughters Connie Humphreys, Pam Haines, Mary (Tim) Smith; grandchildren Carmen (Ricky) Cook, Jenny (Tom) Opdenbrouw, Kendra Haines, Taylor Haines, Tyler (Toni) Smith, Hillary Smith; great-grandchildren Garrett Cook, Gracie Cook and Griffin Cook.
Funeral services will be 1:00 Saturday, October 16, 2010 in Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall with Dr. Sim Hassler officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
