Betty Rogers Whitehorn, 91, passed away on March 11, 2021. She was born in Athens, AL on September 4, 1929 to the late Rosalee and Comodore Rogers. Betty lived in Chattanooga, TN for 49 years, where she worked as a receptionist at Weight Watchers and was a member of Hixson Church of Christ. Most recently, she lived in Franklin, TN and was a member of Brentwood Hills Church of Christ.
Betty is survived by her devoted husband of 64 years, George Whitehorn; son, Jeff (Jennifer) Whitehorn of Brentwood, TN; grandchildren, Ashleigh (John) Stoffer of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Emily Whitehorn of Brentwood, TN; and brother, Paul “Buddy” Rogers of Columbia, TN.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at 2 pm at Woodlawn Cemetery, 660 Thompson Lane, Nashville, TN. Honorary pallbearers will be: Andy Flatt, Alan Gentry, Joey Hogan, Jeff Keasler, Ricky Perry, and John Tacker.
