Beverly Gayle Oldham, age 75 passed away Thursday January 1, 2015.Gayle is preceded in death by her father Claude Tanksley. Survivors include her husband John P. Oldham; daughters, Beth Ervin and Beverly (Barry) Puckett; mother, Mary E. Martin; brother, Alan (Sandra) Tanksley; Grandchildren Sarah (Barry) Conatser, Katie (James) Farris, Brady Puckett, John Ervin, Brylee Puckett, Brock Puckett; and great grandchildren, Scarlet and Stella Jane Conatser.Family and friends will serve as Active Pallbearers, and the Harold Smith Sunday School class will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.Gayle worked as the office manager for Dr. James Bomboy for over 26 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church downtown Nashville for over 43 years.Services will be held at First Baptist Church, downtown Nashville on Monday, January 5, 2015 at 11 o'clock in the morning with Interment to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Nashville, TN. Visitation will be held at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home Sunday, January 4th from 2 o'clock until 4 o'clock in the afternoon, and again one hour prior to service on Monday.
