Carol Jean Boo

Carol was born on August 31, 1948 in Nashville, TN, daughter of the late Cecil Conard and Edna Grady Conard. Carol graduated from Glencliff High School in 1966. She retired from Suntrust Bank where she was employed as an Executive Secretary. As a humble follower of Jesus Christ, she touched lives daily. Known as "Momma Boo", she served in the nursery at TRBC for many years, becoming a surrogate mother/grandmother to countless people. She was a constant source of support for friends and family.

She is survived by her husband, Donald Boo; sons, Danny Newman and Steven Boo; daughter, Deanna James (Brady); grandchildren, Chelsey Mixer, Christopher Newman and Eden, Laney, Jessi and Trigg James; brothers, Joe, John, Jeffrey and Kevin Conard.

A Gathering of Friends will be held from two o’clock in the afternoon until eight Monday, October 13, 2014 at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home and again on Tuesday, October 14, from noon until service time.

Funeral Services will be held at two-thirty in the afternoon Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
