Cecil Wayman Edgington

Wayman was born on July 26, 1946 in Burlington, Iowa. He was an over the road truck driver for Roadway Express. He was a member of McKendree Memorial United Methodist Church in Portland.

There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at McKendree United Methodist Church, 208 Wheeler Street, Portland, TN. Visitation will be from 1PM until 2PM with the service at 2PM. The family will also be having a service in Fort Madison, Iowa on June 24th at 9:30 am.

Wayman is preceded in death by his parents Cecil Burl & Carrie Louella McDaniel Edgington. He is survived by his loving wife Diana Edgington, by his children; Melissa (Paul) Lang, Todd (Jeannie) Edgington and Ronald Dean Edgington, by his grandchildren Sam (Celia) Robinson, Connor Robinson, Erika Morgan, Chloe Edgington and Ian Edgington, by his sisters Noma (Kenny) Kramer, Shirley Yurth and Joy

Woodall.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to McKendree Memorial United Methodist Church Landscaping Fund, 208 Wheeler Street Portland, TN 37148 615-325-4444.
