As many others I was privileged to serve with Charlie in the Army Reserve. COL Potter. He was a man of vision who always gave his best, saw the best in others-encouraged, assisted and expected the best from them. An excellent mentor-he was generous with praise, and insightful, instructive in critique.

Rest well Charlie. With your life well lived you have made countless lives richer .
