Charles J “Jerry” Provo peacefully passed away Oct 28, 2014 at age 83. He was predeceased by Wife Edith J Provo. Survived by loving family/step family: Wife Marjorie Hill-Provo, Sister Beverly Yacko, Son Michael Provo, Daughters Deborah (Greg) Sawyer, Diane (Steve) Vaughn and Donna (Lee) Krize. Grandchildren Adam(Andrea), Steve and Lisa Sawyer; Kaitlyn Vaughn, Joshua(Isabell) Krize and Heather (Joe Price) Krize , and 8 great-grandchildren.
Graveside Service will on Friday, November 7, 2014 at eleven o’clock in Woodlawn Memorial Park. Gathering of family and friends at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home on Thursday evening from five o’clock until eight o’clock.
