Charles William Wrather

Charlie attended Cohn High School. Charlie worked as a Shuttle Driver at the Nashville International Airport. He was a devoted employee for 28 years. Everyone who came onto that shuttle Charlie was sure to get a conversation out of them. Charlie enjoyed many of these conversations with everyone he met while driving and conversing with individuals. The shuttle led to Charlie being known and loved by many at the Airport. Charles had a passion for cars, was a vivid story teller and had a very generous heart.

Charlie is survived by his Son, Lance (Elizabeth) Wrather, Grandchild, Ashton Wrather, Sisters, Darlene Hurst and Judy Bruce. He was preceded in death by his Brother James Wrather.

Charlie will be truly missed by everyone who had the privilege to get to know and love him.

A visitation for Charles will be held Friday, May 13, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204, followed by a funeral service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
