Cheri M. Glass

GLASS, Cheri M., age 58, passed away Sunday, June 2, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clint Glass. Survived by her daughter, Julie (Melissa Smith) Atkins; son, Jason (Mandy) Atkins; grandchildren, Quinton Bishop, Annie and Gannon Atkins; mother, Wynotta Morrell; brother, Ken (Renee) Morrell; niece, Rachel Morrell. Cheri was a member of Lakewood Baptist Church in Nashville, Tennessee, and Maple Grove General Baptist Church in Allen County, Kentucky. She graduated from Western Kentucky University with a major in Photo Journalism. She was the Assistant Director of Marketing & Public Relations for Campbellsville University and later was the Communications and Marketing Administrator for the Tennessee Nurses Association as well as Managing Editor for the Tennessee Nurse publication. Funeral services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2013 in Hibbett & Hailey Chapel with Pastor Keith Cameron officiating. Josh Russell, Quinton Bishop, Gannon Atkins, Charles Anderson, Don Bateman, Skip Maiden, Dr. Mike Briley, George Allen, Luiz Rosa, Marcos Ferreira and Matt Morrison will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.
