This was a letter that Kali wrote to her Mommy and it was read at her service today:
"My mom was a very loved person. She was known as Christina Gray. She was so many different things. A best friend, a sister, an aunt, a child to two amazing people and most of all she was my Mom. The very best Mom I could ask for. I know we are all sad, but she is in a better place. It is hard to think she is really gone. We all miss her, and she was special to all of you in different ways, but she loved us all the same. She battled from an addiction most of her adult life, but God decided it was her time. She lived a happy life for a long time and we will all miss and love her. She was the type person that if you were having the worst day of your life, she could put the biggest smile on your face.
Even when she was battling her addiction she tried and was the best Mom to me, as well as the best sister, friend and daughter. Even with all the things that have happened the post few years, she tried to be the best Mom she could be. And every night when she tucked me in, she said, " you are my sunshine"
We all love you Mommy ans you will be missed."
