Meghann - Even though it has been many years, I want you to know that you, your girls, John, and the rest of the Porter Family are heavy on my heart and in my prayers. Every memory I have of Chris also includes you being right there beside him. I can’t even begin to comprehend the depth and intensity of your loss. I will continue to pray for strength and guidance as you navigate this new and challenging chapter in you and your girls’ lives. The Bible says, “Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall” (Psalm 55:22). Hang in there, my friend.

I remember when Chris was showing me the doll house he made for his girls. It was gorgeous and you could tell he put so much thought and time into it. The way his eyes lit up when he would tell me stories about them was beautiful to see! I know he loved his girls and Meghann deeply. I pray for peace and healing in time for the Porter family and know that his mind and body are being restored and one day will be reunited with his sweet family.
