He is survived by his wife Tammy Roberts Varallo, daughter, Sloane Varallo and his granddaughter, Clara Faith Cart, father, Frank A. Varallo III, sister, Jennifer Varallo Fuqua, brother, Greg Varallo, uncle, James (Deborah) Varallo; aunt, Veronica “Vici” Varallo. He is futher survived by his in-laws, Dewey and Sue Roberts, Dewey Lee Roberts III, Ramona Deering (Aunt Mona), and very best friend in the whole world Keith Clay aka “the Dad”
Mike graduated from Father Ryan High School and went from high school to the Marine Corp, where he was awarded the merit of “Expert Target Shooter”. He successfully managed and owned Varallo Insurance Agency for twenty-three years.
He was a member of The Cathedral of the Incarnation. His hobby and zest for life was being in the kitchen cooking for his family. Since the birth of his granddaughter Clara Faith over 4 years ago Mike’s dedication and love for his family flourished. Mike was truly loved by all his family and friends and he reciprocated that love ten-fold. He was a giving and caring person and our lives were enriched by his kindness and love. He will be eternally missed.
John Hardebeck, Keith Clay, Caleb Cart, Fate Thomas, Jr., Tony Varallo, Timothy Reed and Rick Davis will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Dewey Lee Roberts, III, Will Parker, Dan Clark, David Rowan, David Brantley and Todd Varallo.
Visitation with the family will be on Thursday April 19, 2018 from 1-2 PM with Mass to follow at 2 PM at The Cathedral of the Incarnation. There will be a reception in the Fleming Center following the burial at Calvary starting at 4:30 PM.
