Cora married Donnie Cothron on April 7, 1962. They were married for 61 years before Don’s death in 2023.
Cora is survived by her son, Scott (Kristi) Cothron; daughter, Paige (Sebastian) Abbott; grandchildren, Sarah Cothron, Dylan Cothron, Jillian Cothron and Samantha (Austin) Starling; sisters, Brenda Carr and Mary Stringfield.
A gathering of family & friends for Cora will be held Monday, July 21, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204, followed by a graveside service at 12:00 PM.
