Debra Leigh Cook Tammenga-Age 55 of O'Fallon, MO. April 18, 2012. Preceded in death by her parents, William W. Cook, Jr. and Jeanette Ramsey Cook. Survived by brothers, William W. Cook, III (Connie), and James Burton Cook, all of Nashville, TN. Ms. Tammenga was a graduate of Hillwood High School and also received an engineering degree from Vanderbilt University. Graveside services will be held on Monday, April 23, 2012 at 3 p.m. in Woodlawn Memorial Park. Memorial services to be held in O'Fallon, MO at a later date.
