Derek Lynn Frizzell was born on October 5, 1958. He left us on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 unexpectedly, but with the dignity we all hope to have when our time comes. His parents Arlo and Mary Frizzell preceded him in death. Derek leaves behind his wife Janice Frizzell, sons Derek (Jennifer) Frizzell and Justin Frizzell. His heart remains here with their grandchildren Anastasia and Arielle Frizzell, who will miss their Pa. He leaves behind many family members and lifelong friends who mourn his passing. Derek appreciated weapons of all kinds and was proficient in their usage. Spelunking, fishing, exploring his home state of Tennessee; he enjoyed God’s creations to the fullest. Woodworking or carpentry, he could build anything he set his mind to do, level, square and plumb, built to last forever. The family wishes to say “thank you” to the Johnson family, Charlie and Robert who went the extra mile in their friendship during the last years. This verse from the King James Bible “A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favour rather than silver and gold”. Derek passed from this life with a good name and is now with our Heavenly Father.
