Dorthy Skinner was a great lady. She was a devoted follower of Christ and raised two wonderful children. It was always a blessing to visit David at their home, it was a place of love and faith. Mrs. Skinner was a big encouragement to take my first mission trip to Estonia in 1994, and for this I am very thankful. I can see the Godly legacy she has left in the lives of her family.
