Survived by wife Brenda Sweeney; sons Edward Lee Sweeney II (Julie), and Jason Brian Sweeney; grandsons Bryson and Ryan Sweeney; and sisters Fran Sweeney and Bea Miller.
Visitation will be held at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home on Friday, January 9, 2015 from one to seven o’clock in the evening and again on Saturday, January 10, 2015 from eleven to one o’clock, followed by cryptside service at Woodlawn at one o’clock.
